Q: Is there off-street parking?

A: Parking is on the street, and luckily, it's usually easy to find a spot right out front—no long hunts required! 🚗   Just a heads-up: please don’t park in the alley (it’s a no-go zone). Also, our side of the street gets a little spruced up on the first Wednesday of each month between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM for street cleaning—so be sure to move your car during that window to avoid a ticket surprise.

Q: How do we set up the sofa sleeper?
A: We’d be happy to have the sofa bed made up for you ahead of time—just let us know! There's a $20 fee for the cleaners to prepare it. Or, if you prefer, you can totally DIY it. 😊
The sofa sleeper has a cozy 4-inch mattress topper that makes it super comfy—like, "surprisingly great sleep" comfy! You’ll find the topper tucked into the left section of the sofa—just lift the seat cushion. Sheets are either already laid out on the couch or waiting for you in the bedroom closet.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: We completely understand that plans can change—life happens! While we can’t always rebook on short notice, if we do get another reservation for your dates, we’ll happily refund a portion of your stay. The amount depends on what we’re able to recover, and we’ll keep you in the loop. For peace of mind, we recommend looking into travel insurance if you haven’t already.

Q: Can we check in a little early?
A: Our usual check-in window is between 4–9 PM. If you’re hoping to arrive earlier, just reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to coordinate with our cleaning crew. Early check-in is available at $10/hour if the space is ready. Let us know your ideal arrival time and we’ll see what we can do!
